Signs vandalized say 'Kill Obama'

CAVE CREEK, Ariz. - Early Thursday morning Maricopa County Sheriff's deputies were notified of a pair of political Cave Creek signs that had been vandalized.

The signs, displaying political views on propositions 400, 401 and K3 for Cave Creek had the words "Kill Obama" sprayed in purple paint on the front of them.

The signs were on the north side of Cave Creek, west of Galloway Drive and in front of a business located at 6610 E. Cave Creek Rd.

"We're going to do everything we can to find out whose responsible," Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said.

Arpaio said the Secret Service is being contacted and anyone with information is asked to call the Sheriff's Department.

  I didn't like George Bush. I attended every protest against him and his immoral war in Iraq. But I never once wished him or his family harm. That would be against my values and hypocritical to what I was protesting. Bush is a human being who I may not have liked but he is still human. To wish Obama death is wrong. And if it happens, we are asking for trouble. You all may end up with Pelosi as president. If we really are a Christian nation then we should act like one.

  But to wish him dead is just plain WRONG. I hope succeeds for the sake of this land, but his policies are taking us in the wrong direction. I hope they catch the vandals and prosecute them. That is just not cool at all. Besides, If he is assasinated we would end up with Biden, or worse, Pelosi...
