    If we had a swift and severe criminal justice system. I am talking trial and execution in 2 weeks with 2 week appeal, total time from conviction to execution = 4 weeks. Trust me these violent killers would think twice about doing this if we had a justice system that grew a pair....

    How many innocent people would be an acceptable number of people for the state to execute? Killers like this guy Just. Don't. Care. about any penalties to their actions.
